Having trained for the Corporate Organizations & Educational Institutions, his experience covers Training, Career Consulting, and Business Development; however his passion lies in Training & Consulting.
He is a business leader with a pragmatic grip on the reality of what it takes to deliver extraordinary bottom-line results. His entrepreneurial philosophy has been to provide result oriented and cost effective solutions combined with the highest levels of customer service.
He is has undergone his business studies with special focus in Human Resources Development from the prestigious Madras Christian College, Chennai. He is also a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner from the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NFNLP), USA.
He kick started his career as a Campus Ambassador for Infosys BPO, branding & promoting the organization at various College Campuses. He later moved on to work with some of the finest Training & Consulting organizations in the country which include Ma Foi & In-Site.
He founded Transevolve, which is a Human Resources Learning & Development Organization for two reasons, one being his life’s personal experiences that created a strong desire to develop people, secondly to answer the need in the market place for affordable, relevant & result oriented training solutions. His vision is to Transform the Lives of Business Professionals around the globe.
Based out of Bangalore- India, with operations in Chennai and Jaipur too; he has helped several individuals and organizations in enhancing their performance & productivity.
Today, Joshua applies his powerful & pragmatic training programs for achieving bottom line results across all industry sectors - from financial services to technology to retail, healthcare, not-for-profit, education and professional services. His workshop and speaking engagements take him around the country into organizations that are committed to achieving extraordinary operating results.
As a trainer and speaker, he is known for his engaging, energetic style, sense of humor and ability to make learning great fun. His training methodology include tried & tested scientific techniques such as Adult Learning, NLP Techniques & Experiential Learning (Outbound Training) etc. These techniques have brought about tangible and high performance results in training.
In his short yet intensive career experience he has spent his professional time consulting and building small organizations. He also serves on the Board of Governors of a reputed business school in Bangalore. Last but not the least he also Coaches working executives in various areas.
As a strong passion for entrepreneurship, he plans to build two more organizations, including a Not for Profit Organization that will focus on developing the underprivileged and untapped human resources of this nation.
